1. Overview

By accessing or using this website and purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of our done-for-you cold email client acquisition services ("Services").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this website or purchase our Services.

2. Services Provided

We provide a done-for-you cold email acquisition system, which may include:

  • Lead list creation
  • Email infrastructure setup
  • Cold email copywriting and follow-ups
  • Campaign launch and management
  • Reply handling and lead qualification
  • Booking qualified calls onto your calendar

We do not provide sales training, closing services, consulting, audits, or advisory services unless explicitly stated in writing.

3. No Guarantees Outside the Written Offer

We guarantee only what is explicitly stated in our written offer.

Specifically:

  • We do not guarantee leads, reply rates, open rates, or call volume
  • We do not guarantee revenue or business success
  • We guarantee only signed paying clients, subject to eligibility requirements

Any claims made on this website are illustrative and not promises of future performance.

4. Performance Guarantee & Eligibility

Guarantee

If you do not sign at least three (3) new paying clients directly attributable to our cold email system within the first 60 days, we will refund the management fees paid during that period.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the guarantee, you must:

  1. Remain active and fully paid for the full 60-day period
  2. Sell a B2B service priced at $3,000 or more
  3. Respond to positive replies within 24 hours
  4. Attempt contact at least three (3) times per lead
  5. Maintain a minimum 15% close rate on booked calls
  6. Provide booking data and call recordings upon request

Failure to meet any requirement voids the guarantee.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Timely communication
  • Accurate business information
  • Calendar availability for booked calls
  • Closing your own sales

We are not responsible for missed calls, slow responses, or failure to close.

6. Payment Terms

  • Monthly fee: $1,750 per month
  • Minimum commitment: 2 months
  • No setup fees
  • No long-term contracts

Payments are non-refundable except under the stated performance guarantee.

7. Compliance & Email Risk Disclaimer

Cold email involves inherent risks, including but not limited to email deliverability issues and platform policy changes.

You acknowledge:

  • You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
  • Results may vary due to factors outside our control
  • We do not guarantee inbox placement or domain reputation longevity

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 60 days.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services after the minimum commitment period with written notice.

We reserve the right to terminate services for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
